Vtumors

I heavily dislike vtubers, the only ones I can put up with are the ones that use the models as a avatar nothing beyond that. I especially don't like the digital idols or waifus. They're real people larping as animu characters and it makes me cringe from the depth of my soul. I really hate to see those poor poor dudes that watch them, but then again they did it to themselves.

The appeal to waifuism for me is that they don't exist. They are beings restrited to the 2D realm, made to be enjoyed and consumed freely. When you take that and make it real, it doesn't feel the same. The idea of them being real people who most likely don't act like this irl doesn't set well with me. I geuss it can be argued that they're playing characters, similar to va's. I atleast see the appeal of that for some people but them being real human beings can't be shaken from my mind.

Theres that liguring factor that takes away to the fantasy as I feel really weird fantasizing about real people, in general. The fans are so annoying too, they come into /a/ and /jp/ stinking an already garbage zone further. It was second reason of lowering my usage of 4chin. The first being /pol/ fags doing the thing that they claim to hate of forcing politics into everything. I'm glad the alts that I use have a general anti VTuber culture.

The most cringe ones are the ones that act like the pick-me's of the VTuber world. "Omg guys I'm such a Vtumor, I hate foids and say nigger. Give me money." Besides the acting like a stereotype of a 4chunner, which is cringe in itself. It's how try-hard it is, the larp is so apparent that can you even it call it one.

One of those types liked a hate post of mine and it made me irationally mad for some reason so I wanted to vent.
